As an important part in corporate management activity,the effective performance evaluation can promote corporate development significantly,and moreover,a set of effective performance evaluation system is rare and commendable.In the information era,more and more non-financial factors such as strategies,cultures and talents have become the driving factors which can influence corporate performance.Face with the increasing fierce market environment,enterprises need to change its formulated strategic plan into actual action as soon as possible.Therefore,a set of performance evaluation system which can closely links corporate short-term actions and strategic targets and balances non-financial factors and financial factors is extremely urgent.The Balanced Scorecard(BSC)is emerged under such kind of background.As the Southwest region glasses retail industry leading enterprises,QY enterprises have many first-line sales staff.Because the current performance evaluation management level of the enterprise is relatively backward,the enterprise can not make a comprehensive and correct evaluation of the performance of the sales staff,and can not improve the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the sales staff.Therefore,the enterprise urgently needs a more comprehensive and comprehensive performance evaluation system to optimize the current situation.The main idea of this paper is to analyze the status of QY enterprise sales staff performance evaluation and analysis of existing problems,the use of balanced scorecard theory framework,according to the actual situation of enterprises to build QY enterprise sales staff performance evaluation system to make up for the current performance management The lack of existing enterprises to improve the level of performance management.Based on the comprehensive study on the relevant theoretical knowledge and study results of domestic and overseas the Balanced Scorecard and constructing BSC performance evaluation system through combining with QY corporate actual situation,all processes and links appeared such as strategic formulation,indicator selection and weight determination are explained and analyzed in detail in this paper,and moreover,the problems existed are further discussed.Finally,based on the construction of the system,the information platform design and development of a set of performance evaluation system in line with the information software system,the theory will beimplemented into the specific practice to facilitate the practical use and operation of enterprises.The most important purpose of this paper is to investigate the function and value of the Balanced Scorecard in the specific practice,hoping that this paper can provide some experience and references on the theoretical and practice levels for the construction of corporate performance evaluation system in China.
