Performance management has been the focus of the enterprise both domestic andabroad.Performance management aims to help managers and employees at all levelsto achieve organizational goals.Each one will participate in the performance planning,communication, evaluation, application, promotion—continuous cycle ofascension.Therefore,the traditional performance evaluation system such asperformance evaluation form method,target management and key performancemanagement etc can not evaluate the performance of the modern enterprisecomprehensively.The increase of enterprise value is not just financial capital but alsonon-financial factors such as customers and employee learning and growth.In thispaper,the author based on the theory of balanced scorecard to solve the performancemanagement problem of Zhejiang Huamei electrical appliance manufacturing Co.Firstly,the text introduces the basic theory and theoretical framework of BSC,thenanalyses the four dimensions.This is necessary to implement the BSC system toZhejiang Huamei electrical appliance manufacturing Co.Secondly,after summarizingthe existing performance management system—KPI,the author thinks that the focusof attention in current assessment is in financial gain, so that other servicesdepartment will not have very good incentive.Therefore,Zhejiang Huamei electricalappliance manufacturing Co. need to bring in BSC performance managementsystem.Thirdly,the text constructs the BSC performance management systemaccording to the important departments.Finally,the author proposed the problems theoperator should pay attention to when the BSC performance management system iscarried out,and put forward some vision.In this research,the author integrates theory with practice.It is not only trying todesign a performance management system for Zhejiang Huamei electrical appliancemanufacturing Co.,but also attempting to inspire the managers of manufacturingindustry of multidimensional thinking,more balanced,more supportive,and thensuitable for enterprise future long lasting development.
