Design And Application Of The Z Enterprise’s Multidimensional Performance Evaluation System Based On The Balanced Scorecard

As a country with large population, China’s demand for livestock products is large?Z animal husbandry industry has a lot of opportunities. However, through the study in this paper, the Z enterprise’s management condition is worse. This enterprise needs a good performance evaluation system to help itself to improve. The balanced scorecard can help Z finding ways to develop.The paper depends on the method of combining theory with instance. First of all, the shortage of traditional performance evaluation method is pointed out by learning the study of the performance evaluation methods, the balanced scorecard theory is introduced and the applicability of this system is expounded. The balanced scorecard system is improved after learning Z enterprise’s condition and environment. Through the study of HSE management system, a new dimension called security and environmental is added as a theoretical innovation which can balance the financial and non-financial indicators. It is also suitable for the Z enterprise and can be used to evaluate the Z enterprise’s performance. Finally, by the use of AHP?the weights for the indicator of balanced scorecard can be assigned, then the new balanced scorecard can be used to evaluate the performance of Z in 2014,then we can find that the performance of five parts is worse, in order to enhance the competitive power of Z enterprise and earn more money?this paper give some measures to Z enterprise to improve it’s operation and management.
