Business Process Reengineering is a kind of new management thinking, this kind of management thinking is the reflection of division of labor theory, arising in the backdrop of economy developing rapidly and the ever-changing market competition, and it is an effective method to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. LS company as the same as many other companies in our country, is at a disadvantage in the growing market competition, the company's business performance deadline, the company developing into the bottleneck period. Under the pressure of internal and external environment, LS urgently needs for business process reengineering, to improve its competitive strength and promote stable development of enterprise. Therefore, the text will put forward ways and means of reengineering basing on the research and a diagnosis of LS Company. This study opens out emphasis from the following:Chapter one is the introduction. This chapter describes the background of this study, the purpose and meaning of this proposition, and then summaries the present studies about BPR theory in the foreign and domestic separately, and finally nails down the research methods and technical route.Chapter two is the theoretical basis of BPR. This chapter introduces the background of theory generation firstly, then gives the definition and content of business process reengineering, and describes the basic idea of BPR, finally analyses the theoretical framework of BPR from principles, processes, methods and implementation procedures of the BPR.Chapter three is the applied research of LS Company. Basing on the analysis of the company's current business processes and problems, this chapter expounds the basic idea of the BPR implement in LS company from three points, including the background of reengineering, organizational restructuring ideas and overall planning ideas, then describes the implementation process in detail in LS company, and finally evaluates the results of the company's recycling.Chapter four is the conclusion and outlook. This chapter concludes the conclusion of this research, and then makes a prospect in personal vision for the development of BPR research.
