With the develop of economic globalization, the number and scale of multinational corporation has been expanding, multinational corporations have become a very important subject in the international community. At present, multinational corporation is very important to the development of international relations and the international community,it can be said that these effects affect the development of country from all aspects of social and economic life. Even some people said that transnational enterprises going out represents the image of a country. Based on this, the social responsibility of multinational corporation has a very important position today. Now various countries discuss on this issue fully, and constantly improve the standard of corporate social responsibility. In 2013,China put forward the "Belt and Road " strategy for Chinese enterprises "strategy for overseas businesses" has brought new opportunities. As China’s friendly neighbor,Kazakhstan is "Belt and Road " of the major economic groups. With the implementation of the strategy, a large number of Chinese enterprises internationalization strategy will be going abroad to invest in Kazakhstan.
