H Company ERP System Business Intelligence Research

In the highly-competitive market economic environment, more and more enterprisers realize that ERP's significance for enterprise management, more and more enterprises continue to invest more funds in order to deepen information construction and standardization process and prompt management to adapt to the unpredictable market demand. Transformation for Industry 4.0 has become an urgent need for each production enterprise, through deepen informatization to improve operational efficiency of enterprises and production level has become the consensus of many entrepreneurs. ERP as a key part of informatization, enterprise process management norms are generally recognized. It will be the integration of enterprises of various functional modules, such as business, purchasing, production, inventory, financial, HR and others in a closed system, the information can be effective in the various departments during the transfer and usage, which is convenient for the enterprise internal information storage and fast query and makes isolated information island uniform for a whole. With the continuous data accumulation and the improvement of enterprise application requirements for the system, the need for data extraction and analysis are also constantly improved. Therefore, how to deal with the contradiction between the continuous accumulation of data and the application of low efficiency becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently in the process of information construction.This paper focuses on the problems of data analysis and application which based on long-term data accumulation of ERP system in H company. By combing the theoretical literature of domestic and abroad including H company's actual needs and the status of the industry, we make analysis of H enterprise's feasibility of using on business intelligence and practical management needs, sorting out a business intelligence system design plan that matching enterprise actual status, including basic requirements to implement business intelligence and workable action plan within the enterprise. Finally, make evaluation on implementation effect and prospect its future application.In the paper, the analysis of the problems encountered in the use of ERP of H company, combined with today's advanced business intelligence theory, the initial construction of a suitable H company needs of the development of information technology.In depth study of the following three issues:1.the scope and limits of the use of ERP. 2.how to establish the corresponding reasonable and feasible BI requirements based on the ERP system.3.how to effectively combine ERP with BI to solve practical business problemsThe purpose is to analyze and put forward the corresponding solutions, and track the implementation effect of the project. After consideration of cost, return on investment and implementation results to explore suitable road that BI and ERP comprehensive application of H company.
