| The Electronic Chart Display And Information System(abbreviated as ECDIS)described in this paper now is being produced in china but it’s quality is not up to standard that our country should import the equipment when need.So I carry the research on this equipment’s quality management in it’s production process to find out the problem and resolve it,which could improve the quality level of the ECDIS.This paper use the 5M1 E analysis 、PDCA cycle and quality statistics tools to analyze the Ningbo company’s ECDIS type DM-800 E project quality management Status quo,aiming at quality control optimization design and improvement,establish up a new quality management system and illustrate the keys of the quality control on human、machine、material、method、measured、equipment factors.Establish the factors’ effective quality control methods as improving the consciousness and level of personnel quality management 、improving the quality of equipments、 controlling purchasing source、advancing the production and testing control process、improving the project environment,verify this project quality management’s improving and make it perfect.The data and situation described as improving before and after illustrate the importance role of quality management improvement to the ECDIS project.This paper research on plan、do、check、action of quality management control one by one,theory combined with the actual,obtain an obvious effect of project quality control.In this paper,the 5M1 E analysis 、 PDCA cycle and quality statistics tools are proved very useful after their using in the facts,and the ECDIS project quality management level is improved that help the company set up a set of mature production project quality management system. |
