Based On TQM To Study Quality Management Information System

With the deepening of the globalization development and the speeding up of manufactureing infomatization, the enterprise in order to survive in the market with the more intense competition, they should put forward higher requirements on their own quality management. And with the continuous application of total quality management theory development in the enterprise, the enterprise quality management has evolved from the traditional quality management model to advance the prevention, integrated management of the whole process. For manufacturing and assembling businesses, quality management information system of total quality management theory is applied to the development of enterprises, is the key that enterprises to improve their product quality, management level and core competitiveness. The topic of this paper is "Based on TQM to Study Quality Management Information System", and relatively systematic study of the quality-oriented labor-intensive enterprise management information system in the background, theory and system development.Firstly, this paper discusses the background of the thesis, then expounds the research status of total quality management and quality management information system; and detailed study of the theoretical knowledge which is related, such as total quality management, PDCA quality cycle and statistical process control; Secondly, according to the general development method system, first has carried out the system requirements analysis, and then according to the on-the-spot investigation draw the business flow charts and data flow diagram, using the case diagram, package diagram tools obtains the system function module chart, then the concept model of the system to carry on the analysis, draw E-R chart is the main job, establishs the main data dictionary. Finally, a specific system development on the X5 platform, realize the main functions, such as statistical reports, control charts modle; then according to the system analysis, using PDCA quality cycle to improve and optimize the production assembly line, in order to improve the assembly quality of products.Study on the system in this paper has both theoretical research, also have system implementation, finally carry on the application in the production assembly line, has a certain practical value.
