As an important part of urban infrastructure,municipal roads play a very important role in maintaining the normal order of urban traffic and promoting the stable development of cities.Especially in the current situation of accelerating urbanization,higher requirements are put forward for the construction standards of municipal road projects.In order to achieve the expected quality objectives,it is required to continuously strengthen quality management and improve the management level.As a public welfare project invested and constructed by the government,municipal road construction project has the remarkable characteristics of high complexity,many professional subdivisions,large interference in the construction environment,strong political nature and many uncertain factors.It has high requirements for the soundness of the project quality management system and the business quality,coordination ability and material quality control ability of managers.This paper takes the road engineering project of Chuangye road in Huaxi University City as the research object.Firstly,it expounds the research background and significance,research methods and technical route;Secondly,a large number of quality management tools such as PDCA and 5me are described and analyzed comprehensively;Finally,by analyzing the current situation of project quality management,using total quality management tools to systematically find and analyze the quality management problems of the project,combined with the PDCA cycle idea,this paper gives the Optimization Countermeasures of project quality management from six angles of 5M1 E,and formulates guarantee measures for the optimization strategy of quality management of Chuangye road project in Huaxi University City from four aspects of organization,personnel,technology and system.The research emphases of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the quality problems in the acceptance of Chuangye road project in Huaxi University City are collected and summarized by using the checklist,and the problems are classified and sorted;Secondly,determine the main problems and prominent problems of Chuangye road project by using the arrangement diagram;Thirdly,5M1 E analysis method combined with fishbone diagram method is used to show the causes of quality problems of Chuangye road project;Then,combining the PDCA cycle idea and the 5M1 E angle,this paper gives the quality management optimization countermeasures of Chuangye road project;Finally,formulate safeguard measures for optimizing countermeasures.This paper comprehensively uses the total quality management tools,5M1 E analysis method,PDCA cycle and other quality management methods to establish the quality management system of Chuangye road project,which provides a good solution to the problems of frequent quality problems and affected construction period and cost since the commencement of the project,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the project. |
