Danieli Automation Workshop (DA Workshop) is under Danieli China:Danieli Metallurgical Equipment (BJ) Co., Ltd, founded in2013,mainly to product the automation control panels.This article describe the development of DANIELI CHINA and DA Workshop, the status of the quality management and the key of the workshop quality management, Then made the problem of the quality management and use5M1E to analyzes the problem which from human、 machine、material、method and measured. From to analyze the reason of these problems, use PDCA model to solve the human problems; enhance the incoming material inspection and the management of suppliers to solve the materials problems; Made standards to solve the process of product and test problems; use5S to solve the environment problems. At the end, this article according to play the role of leadership, full participation and employee motivation to proposed the implementation of the quality management for DA Workshop. This article also provides relevant reference quality management for the other workshop.
