According to the studies of the development of the domestic engineering enterprise and found that the old bonus distribution system of the domestic engineering enterprise can not bring an effective incentive for the employees, which has become the most important management factors affect on the engineering development of the engineering enterprise. How to make a scientific and effective bonus allocation system is a problem of engineering enterprise needed to be solved.In this paper, as the research object to GEC engineering company, the GEC engineering company has been introduced, and carried out in-depth research on GEC engineering company pay bonus system through the interviews and questionnaire survey, and found there are a series of problems on the GEC engineering company pay bonus system. Such as the relationship between bonuses accounting and job performance is not clarified. The results of quantified measure cannot be obvious satisfied by the staff. By the expatiation of pay bonus problem of GEC engineering company, advances the goals and principles of the bonus reform program should reach. Combined with the GEC engineering company characteristics and employee characteristics,the company designs a bonus distribution program-make a reasonable pay system based on the posts valuation evaluation, and on this basis, according to the WBS of the project management as the basic unit of the accounting workload and approved standards of man-days. At the end of the project, the assessment of the man-days of its completion form individual count award man-days of projects, and establish a bonus calculation method based on count award man-days. At the same time proposed the basic framework of the management of count award man-days in total prize ultimately forming a bonus allocation scheme based on count award man-days. Also in this paper, the implementation program bonus allocation scheme based on count award man-days has been advanced.This paper for industry around the strategic objectives to achieve sustainable development of enterprises and motivate staff bonus distribution program of research and application, and further expand the application areas of the bonus distribution practice cases, research results in the field of promotion.
