“Made in China 2025” is the first ten-year action plan of the Chinese government to implement the strategy of strong manufacturing country.In the aspect of intelligent manufacturing engineering,it is emphasized that that we should rely on superior enterprises to build intelligent factories/digital workshops in key areas by key processes intellectualization,robot substitution for key positions,intelligent optimization control of production process and optimization of supply chain.Project management of pharmaceutical enterprises is the product of social and economic development to a certain stage,and is an important means of modern management.Optimizing the management system of project enterprises is the basic requirement of strengthening the management of pharmaceutical enterprises and carrying out scientific research and technological innovation.It is also one of the means to standardize the accounting behavior of pharmaceutical enterprises and protect the safety and integrity of their assets.According to the regulations of GMP(2010 edition)organized by the State Drug Administration,pharmaceutical projects must be designed,constructed and accepted according to high quality standards.The project management system optimization of Boya Biopharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Boya Group)"1000-ton Intelligent Factory for Blood Products" project will fill the gap of automatic production of coagulation factor by MES intelligent system in China.Project research is of great significance to the construction of project management system in intelligent factory.Based on the project management theory,aiming at the key elements of the whole life cycle of the project management system,this paper combines the project of "1000-ton Blood Products Intelligent Factory" to analyze and further optimize the project cost control,information management,quality management and progress control.Firstly,this paper outlines the research background,purpose,significance and related theories of project management system of pharmaceutical engineering projects,and determines the main research methods and contents of the paper.Secondly,the general situation of Boya Group and the current situation of Boya Group’s pharmaceutical engineering project management system are introduced in detail,and the main problems and causes of the management system are analyzed.Finally,the optimized management method of Boya Group Pharmaceutical Engineering Project is applied to pharmaceutical engineering project to evaluate and validate,and the research results of MES intelligent system optimization management system are refined.This paper integrates and designs according to the EU GEP standard,formulates the management plan of the whole life cycle,and proposes the optimization strategy of project management based on MES intelligent manufacturing.Constructing a Perfect Management System and Standards for Pharmaceutical Engineering Projects,Optimizing the Pharmaceutical Management System of Boya Group will provide effective help for intelligent system in the construction of project management system of pharmaceutical enterprises.
