The incentive mechanism of enterprises meet the can arouse the enthusiasm of employees, largely determines the level of human resource management. A good incentive mechanism, generally the development prospects of the enterprise and employees' personal development.Only in this case, the enterprise is the cohesion, the cohesive force to a large extent determines the enterprise in the development of the road can walk far.How to motivate employees, improve the staffs work enthusiasm, improve work efficiency, is the hot topic in every enterprise, it is also worth companies pay a lot of energy to try to improve and research.In the vast majority of state-owned enterprises, has a perfect incentive mechanism, can help enterprises to retain more talents, make the talents for the enterprise conscientious, it can do talents, eventually to improve enterprise efficiency, enhance the purpose of high competitiveness and vitality.Frontline staff incentive mechanism based on M company as the research object, the frontline staff incentive mechanism of construction companies were studied, through questionnaire investigation, interview and literature research method, find out the problems existing in the M company incentive mechanism, using the human resources management, management, organizational behavior and other related theoretical knowledge in the aspect of employee motivation, put forward the improvement measures for M company incentive mechanism and safeguard measures.
