Anthracite is a non-renewable resource,but its cost-effective,weaker environmental pollution,and green enterprises are needed for economic transition.Energy saving,environmental protection,and safety are the key links in the operation of anthracite deep processing enterprises.Anthracite deep processing enterprise is a high labor intensity,in which the production environment is bad,and the relevant safety accidents prone the high-risk industry.How to establish a reasonable incentive mechanism for front-line staff is very important to ensure that employees can be relieved at the work environment.That program also will become the cornerstone of stable development of the enterprises.In this paper,the research results of the production from front-line staff in Shizuishan N company are studied.Meanwhile,the research results of the incentive mechanism of private enterprise and coal deep processing enterprises are also analyzed by literature research method.N is in the mature stage of development and is also faced with many challenges.For the N companie's front-line staff,pursuing wages,benefits,the environment and other incentives to maximize the pursuit of profit maximization are the main contradictions.Using questionnaire survey method,N company conducted a comprehensive survey.The statistical analysis shows that enterprises should be stable development.We must weigh the profits of enterprises and front-line staffs' salaries and benefits,job environment,technical training,corporate culture and other incentives to develop supporting incentives so as to make employee satisfaction.The conclusion of this study has a certain reference value for coal deep processing industry to tap talent potential,implement talent strategy and improve human resource management level.
