Incentive is an important content of human resource management,According to the actual needs of the enterprise,how to build effective incentives,direct the employee's motivation,at the same time,make them in realizing the objective of the enterprise,the greatest degree to meet their own needs,increasing their satisfaction and pleasure,high work enthusiasm,is all enterprise management goal,and only in this way,enterprises can be in an impregnable position in the intense market competition.Senhua wood industry co.,LTD has a good reputation of the labor-intensive enterprises,in recent years,The competition for employees with certain technical demand is getting fiercer,frontline staff are not effective incentive,lead to high turnover rate.Based on the incentive theory,using the method of literature research,field interviews and questionnaire survey,study the incentive of the first line employee,found that the company compensation system design is not standard,performance appraisal,the effect is not ideal,training become a mere formality,lack of spiritual incentive,aiming at these problems,The Suggestions on the improvement of spiritual,material incentives,training,performance appraisal incentive are put forward.Through the study of production efficiency and enterprise can improve enterprise competitiveness,also provide reference for similar enterprises.
