With China's accession to the WTO and the deepening of financial reform,China'scommercial banks, especially state-owned commercial banks will face capital constraints,interest rate and other financial market environment changes, the state-owned commercial banks will become increasingly apparent limitations of structure, market competitiveness will also be waning. Business Process Reengineering is the state-owned commercial banks, the face of this ever-changing business environment to make a positive change measures. Currently, the literature on the bank a lot of process reengineering, but mostly theoretical description, specific to the banking business process reengineering literature is less, and the reality of Chinese banking industry is not strong. In this thesis, according to business process reengineering principles and methods to select the counter and Zhejiang Agricultural Bank of China were analyzed business processes, operational processes in the counter and explained the development of profiles, based on the analysis of the Zhejiang Agricultural Bank of China counter and operational processes exist of issues, from improving policies and systems, integrated systems applications, optimize processes and other aspects of a more scientific, reasonable and feasible counter and business process reengineering ideas and programs that the Zhejiang Agricultural Bank of China need to counter and business process reengineering, and the accounting business, credit business process reengineering specific implementation is discussed.In this paper, empirical analysis and comparative analysis, Zhejiang Agricultural Bank of China put forward the business process reengineering objectives, principles and re-thinking the focus from Zhejiang Agricultural Bank of China counter and accounting, credit and other core business processes to start, for a specific program design. Then, the proposed business process reengineering program evaluation, evaluation methods are introduced, and then use the relevant evaluation method, business process reengineering programs, Zhejiang Agricultural Bank of China conducted a more detailed, and customer satisfaction evaluation model for the empirical analysis.Finally, a summary of the full text. In the global context, the Agricultural Bank of Zhejiang Province, a key business process reengineering is under the guidance of clear objectives, vision and deal with the relationship between step forward, step by step implementation of business process reengineering. Continuity by constantly improve and optimize the business processes, improve customer relationships, improve operational performance, re-shaping the Bank's competitive advantage.
