Design And Implementation Of A Tobacco-based Ordering System Based On The Network

With the development and popularization of computer technology,the digital society gradually into the information era,the information in the network environment,the tobacco industry also followed the pace of the times into the information network of the family.Since the establishment of the China National Tobacco Corp in January 1982,the tobacco industry has adopted a unified leadership,vertical management,monopoly franchise management system.At present,commercial enterprises are mainly responsible for the allocation of cigarette supplies,warehousing,logistics,distribution and cigarette retail orders and other Invoicing business,of which the most core business is cigarette orders.In this paper,a tobacco companies is selected for field investigation and analysis,and is used as pilot software.The software development adopts B/S mode,and the software platform is designed based on J2 EE technology.The network structure adopts tree topology structure,and the development language is Java programming language.The main work of this design is as follows:(1)Investigate and analyze the marketing order system of a tobacco companies,collect relevant information,understand its operation mode,and understand and master the key technologies needed in this design.At the same time,the B/S architecture needed to develop is analyzed,and the tree architecture topology is designed and built to complete the layout and construction of the network.(2)Carry out system analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing in accordance with the links specified in the software life cycle.Six function modules are completed,such as cigarette material purchase plan,cigarette material order management,supplier management and material contract management,allocation and delivery management,warehouse management,etc..In the system analysis phase,the use case diagram is drawn to explain the requirements and implementation of the system.At the design stage,the timing diagram is used to illustrate how to implement the system.The data storage of the system is stored as SQL Server 2012 database.(3)After the design of the system is completed,the Java language is used for programming,and the software is tested.After the test,the user is sent to trial and improved and then put into the market.After the completion of the development,the future development of the tobacco companies ordering system is analyzed and prospected,and the idea that the tobacco companies order system can use the APP client of the smart phone for inquiry and management is put forward.The design from the actual situation,the design and development of the tobacco companies order system,in line with the current staff to use,completed a number of routine works.In this way,the ordering method and method can be standardized,the operation efficiency can be improved,the workload of the management personnel can be reduced,and the improvement of the information technology and the development of paperless office can be promoted.
