Tobacco as a basis for the tob acco industry, determines the level of the overall development of the tobacco industry, and therefore must be managed from the bottom of the tobacco production process. Tobacco grass stands as the tobacco industry engaged in basic institutions of tobacco production, acquisition, management and infrastructure to improve the station’ s smoke tobacco conduc ive to the healthy developm ent of the industry, the tobacco industry to lay the cornerstone for sustain able development. Existing tobacco enterprise information following difficulties: the exis ting office automation system for tobacco growers station counselors need to inp ut data volume, business-critical control points need to be strengthened, data authenticity can not be effectively controlled. To further regulate the grassroots smoke station m anagement, improve the tobacco station construction and management level, solve infrastructure is weak, farmers not standardized, financial chaos, a provincial Tobacco Monopoly Bureau decided to establish sm oke station management system, using information technology tools promote smoke station work standard ization, process, and further im prove the grass-roots level smoke station management.The subject application modules using J2 EE technology system, the overall use of lightweight development framework Struts, Spring, MyBatis build. In the front page t o show the main Ajax Web framework based on independent, using JS, Ajax, technology, separation of front and back, support Jsp, html and other techniques to show. This paper first studied the background and significance of the subject, to realize technical, business requirements, overall design and implementation of system-related functions. Thesis focuses on system design part, in cluding technical solutions, application architecture, technical architecture, network topology, the overall function modules and other design elements, through coding and testing to achieve the related functions.This topic established the whole provincial interconnection, interoperability smoke station management module of fice automation applications to help m anage the province’s comprehensive tobacco producti on, acquisitions and other business and process monitoring. Construction of a pro vince’s tobacco production integrated collaborative management platform, confi gure the appropriate process m anagement, task management through the actual situation, people do sm oke Station Kong Management standardization and proce ss-oriented management, total tobacco company’s plans, the production process situation, agricultural m anagement, the integrated management and so there is a bi g hold control. In a ddition the system can achieve data production process full use of tobacco; tobacco production to achiev e the refinement of m anagement, to provide quality services for the m anagement and grass-roots levels of smoke station.
