Design And Implementation Of Tobacco Online Ordering System

Tobacco Companies’ main business is retail sales. For a long time, they do business by telephone orders, that is, dial the phone to retail customers to achieve the order of cigarette through the call center. Now, telephone orders have been unable to meet the demand of the customers. Customer order satisfaction rate and success rate cannot be improved effectively, at the same time, high profit for cigarette sales cover the problem from extensive management, inefficiencies and high costs,so gradually, it limits the healthy development of the tobacco Companies. How to improve the cigarette sales management level, the efficiency of cigarette sales, and how to reduce the operation cost of the enterprise become the problems each tobacco Companies managers need to face and solve.Based on the analysis of process of tobacco cigarette sales business, the writer finds out the existing problems in the sales process and analyses needs between order and customer clearing. The purpose of this paper is to design cigarette online ordering system for tobacco Companies, and provide a strong platform for cigarette ordering process management, operation and interaction when sales management department and the cigarette retail customers deal with orders. These improve customer order satisfaction rate and success rate, and on this basis companies provide online funds clearing function, which avoids risk of cash payment, and effectively improves the cigarette sales management level of the industry.In this dissertation, the system based on J2EE and database ORACLE, achieve the goals of needs analysis and system planning for sales of tobacco Companies cigarette sales and customer order and online settlement function, which makes cigarette online ordering, customer inquiries and online billing module in an online ordering platform.The dissertation introduces the research background, research objectives and business requirements, with emphasis on analysis and design of system function. Starting from the idea of system analysis and design objectives, business needs, the writer describes the design method; module design and database design, and achieve the main modules of the system.
