| Security is the foundation of family and socal survival and development,at the back of today’s rapid socio-economic development,many disturbing factors such as terrorists,extremist organizations have bring a severe test to our social security and public security works.With the improvement of people’s awareness of the public safety,as well as the state pays attention to the social security and national security,security equipment has become the main equipment of guaranteeing the public safety and safeguarding national interests.This design is the design of the data acquisition and communication system of the security machine.Firstly,it changes the analog voltage signals collected by the front X-ray detector of the security machine to the digital signal through the AD7667 chip,and then send them to the FPGA to sout out the image data,which reduces the amount of time consumed by the host computer to handle the disordered image data.Finally,the data communication is completed through the Ethernet control chip W5300,which ensures the stability and accuracy of the data in the communication process.This paper adopts the professional network packet analysis software wireshark as the main analysis software to analysis the data transmitted to the PC,and designs the software based on LabVIEW as the auxiliary tool for data communication to complete the analysis and verification of the data acquisition and communication system of the security machine.The design of the system is divided into hardware circuit design and software programming design.Hardware development platform is the Altium Designer,and the circuit design includs power modules,AD acquisition module,Ethernet communication module,FPGA peripheral circuit design and so on.Software development platform is mainly Xilinx company’s ISE and series development software and the best HDL language simulation software Modelsim to complete the system software programming and simulation work accordingly.Though this research,As the core of data processing,FPGA has improve the data acquiction and processing speed of the machine,and through sorting the image data in the FPGA and then transmitted to the PC through the Ethernet chip,it does not only reduce the workload on the machine but also enhance the overall work efficiency. |
