Research On Micro-assembly Process Technology Of A Certain Type Of Street Lamp Controller

Micro assembly technology is developed basing on the hybrid integrated circuit of a new generation of packaging and interconnection technology,mainly including three aspects of the base board manufacturing,assembly and packaging,Inspection and testing.to a certain type street light controller panel as the research object,this paper mainly focus on the study of micro assembly technology.on the micro assembly process study,the street light controller panel had a very big improvement in size,volume and weight,The results conform to the electronic products miniaturization,lightweight,portable,with important engineering application value.Based on the extensive investigation and following the assembly process technology at home and abroad,this paper has launched a type street light controller micro assembly process technology research,the main research content includes the following aspects:1)Determined to therequirements of the street lamp panel and through the device selection,schematic design,PCB design and production of micro assembly process control panel,this paper finished the research of the street light controller.2)According to the micro assembly process technology based on the street light controller panel,this paper do a research on the cleaning process and completed the washing test samples and the plasma cleaning process parameters is determined.3)Through analyzing the theory and effect of SMT,this paper completed the research on the chip SMT process and determined a plan of the micro assembly process and ensured the high precision and quality of the chip placement.4)Completing the research on th wire bonding technology,this paper finished the analysis of the principle of wire bonding,the choice of the ways of bonding and chip shear stress testing experiment,confirmed the wire bonding scheme.the results show that the shear strength satisfied the military specifications(GJB 548A-96),and finally fined out a plan which conformed to the technical requirements.5)This paper completed the summary analysis of the the micro assembly process of its advanced aspects of size,volume and the quality.According to the test requirements,this paper designed the corresponding lamp panel using the above research results for the micro assembly test and analysis of test results.
