As an important component of LED lamp automation and intelligence,the constant voltage controller of high-power solar LED street lamp creates conditions for the research and use of solar LED street lamp.In some developed countries,such as the United States,Europe and Japan,due to the relatively perfect grid-connected power generation technology,the constant voltage controller of high-power solar LED street lamp is mainly focused on the research of optimizing control strategy,improving system efficiency,improving the topology of inverter,reducing system energy consumption,reducing island effect and other problems.In China,Beijing institute of automation,Chinese academy of sciences electrical engineering institute developed products,have been applied in the actual engineering,the effect and performance is good.Due to the successful development of ultra-bright LED,which has greatly reduced the use cost of solar lamps,and has the advantages of safe operation,environmental protection,economic energy saving,easy installation,etc.,it is close to or up to the cost quotation for the initial installation of power frequency ac lighting system.Due to its advantages of low calorific value and high light efficiency,LED has shown a trend of replacing the traditional lighting source and has been increasingly applied in the lighting field.In the field of street lighting,the combination of LED and solar energy fully conforms to the modern design idea of "energy saving,green and low cost".In addition,the current research on solar LED street lamps is facing technical "bottleneck" and entering an embarrassing situation.This project has a very broad research prospect,and from the above series of analysis,it is not difficult to see the immeasurable potential value of this project itself.The research on the high-power solar LED street lamp controller can meet the following requirements through the single-chip microcomputer 80C51: during the day,the LED lamp is turned off.At night,the output constant voltage value of 24-36v(obtained by boosting 12 V dc power supply)is supplied to the LED lamp to start.LED lamp through the single-chip microcomputer program,so that the output power on time automatic regulation,so that the electrical energy is reasonable and full use.Moreover,the voltage of LED lamp can be controlled by pressing buttons.In addition,the timing program can be set through the single-chip microcomputer to control the working hours of the LED lamp.In conclusion,the LED lamp can meet the need for lighting in different situations.This subject is the high power solar LED street lamp controller.Among them,80c51 is used as the main control chip of the research,and BOOST is realized through the BOOST circuit.In the research,a constant voltage controller with adjustable working time and voltage is designed.First,put forward the design scheme.The BOOST circuit and power supply circuit are analyzed and designed.Then,after the PID circuit adjustment,complete the signal processing,the maximum current of the circuit to achieve current limiting control.After that,I wrote the corresponding control program of C language,adjusted the working time and voltage of street lamps,and combined the hardware circuit and software accordingly.Finally,Proteus tool is used to complete the circuit schematic diagram.
