Survey Of Employment Status Of Undergraduate Students In Archival Science

In recent years,with employment increasing competitiveness,increasingly severe forms of employment,employment of college students has become a family,school,social problems are more concerned about.In this one of the archives professional as a narrow employment,professional and strong professional,archives professional graduates face a serious problem.In this paper,through the last three years of Heilongjiang University archives undergraduate students as the survey object,design a questionnaire to conduct a comprehensive and systematic investigation,the data obtained by a comprehensive analysis of archives undergraduate students employment status.Then,according to the employment concept,the employment market and the external environment,the main factors influencing the employment of the graduates are discussed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to these factors.
