In the 21 st century,the state explicitly ordered the strengthening of science and technology capacity building as a major strategic task for the construction of an innovative country and gave it strong support.In recent years,the Chinese science popularization cause has made tremendous progress in the construction of stadiums,talent cultivation,theoretical development,and creation of works.Various science competitions and activities were held in full swing.The era background of the Internet,new media,and digitization has accelerated the arrival of the “micro era” and “fragmentation era”.Information is moving in the direction of fragmentation.Micro video is popular with the public.National support for popular science work and the rise of micro-video have enabled popular science micro-video,a new popular science form,to reach people's attention.The content is short and refined,the language is humorous,the form is vivid and interesting,the speed of propagation is fast,and it is both scientific,artistic,popular,and interesting.Popular science micro-video plays an important role in the improvement of national scientific and cultural literacy,and the development of the national science popularization cause.However,there is a certain threshold for the production of popular science micro-video,and the creators must have certain scientific knowledge,qualities,and awareness.The quality of popular science micro-video is uneven,and some videos cannot balance scientific and interesting.Scientific microvideo lacks evaluation standard.In this study,first,collecting,collating and analyzing all domestic and foreign popular science of literature micro-video.Determine the analytical dimensions of existing literature for popular science micro video.Then select domestic and international well-known high-profile,high-subscription,popular science micro-video platforms and national science micro-video contest winners for sampling,with a total of 167 videos.Combining the results of literature analysis and sample pre-analysis,a popular science micro-video content analysis and coding table was established.Using SPSS statistical software and other analysis tools,the selected 167 popular science micro-videos were subjected to item-by-item data analysis,and the commonality of excellent popular science micro-videos were concluded.Based on this,combined with the relevant requirements of the National Popular Science Micro-videos Contest,establishing the evaluation index system of popular science micro video.Using the Delphi method,Prepare the questionnaire,multiple rounds of expert opinions were consulted and revised in conjunction with the evaluation criteria of the expert opinion science micro video until the expert opinion reached an agreement,forming the final evaluation standards of popular science micro video.Finally,the validity of the evaluation criteria was verified by applying the evaluation criteria.
