Tobacco Production Safety Management Information System Design And Realization

Tobacco is the mainstay industry in Yunnan province; the safety production management has the extremely vital significance in this industry. Currently, the mode of safe management in the production is comparative backward, such as the standard of management is not valid and clear, and data statistics don't accurate and timely. Without the safety production management system, security report on the paper was unable to meet the security officers' demands. Therefore, the economic operation of the state tobacco monopoly administration department urgently needs to develop a set of safety production management system.The thesis from requirements, design and implement apply a computer network and communication technology, and build a relational segment of this system. In the design, considered the actuality of management of company, the safety production management information system was achieved which used an advanced information system and constructor tools.In the system design, the organization structure, users managements, special equipment managements, safety check, danger source managements, emergency plan of accidents managements are involved in core module involve. And I joined in these designs and implements.At the end of 2008, this System was final acceptance. After that, accepted many advices and suggestions from provincial administration expert, tobacco security industry experts and professors of Yunnan universities guidance, it won the "national tobacco industry science and technology progress and innovation "in early 2009.
