The Intelligent optical transmission network system is a new generation system.This system carries the advantages in adaptive deployment and reliable operation of communication services.It is featured as the automatic components parameter match who is supported by the intelligent scheduling algorithms,dynamically organized equipments,channels,signal adaptation and other resources.Intelligent optical transmission network system is helpful on labor cost reducing.On another side,the new system requires high level support from network resources.In order to help network managers to manage resource information of various types,specifications and states more efficiently,this paper presents a optical transmission network system which focus on efficiency management and information security.This paper focuses on the business requirements of optical transmission network resource management.In specifically in the following four key topics: portfolio management of business dependent resources,information management of link resources and their matching parameter sets,equipment resources Information Tracking and Statistics,Component and System Resource Status Alert Tracking and Analysis.First part is the background and significance of resource management,analysis of resource management position in intelligent optical network management system and clarifies the significance of resource management to intelligent optical network management.In the second part,the paper explains how resource management can support the link scheduling and service scheduling in intelligent optical networks.On this basis,the paper summarizes the overall demand of resource management system,clarifies the goal of R & D of resource management system,and describes the management of typical resources such as business,link,stock information and alarm information respectively.The resource management system designed and implemented in this paper follows the modular design concept and defines the overall framework design and the software interface of each function module respectively.It also defines the calling mode of each module interface and its correspondence with the intelligent network management platform system and data interface relationship.The design of the system include the two system services related to the deployment of the program.In the last part,based on the modular design framework,the paper completes the development and implementation of each functional module of the system and conducts the sample test on the module functions,which proves the business support ability of the resource management system to the intelligent optical network management.The intelligent optical network resource management system improves the working model in following aspects: inadequate business resource management,imperfect link resource management,inefficient management of inventory information resources,unsound alarm information resource management.As the statement above,the Intelligent optical transmission network system has practical value in the daily work and takes a critical position in the resource information support.
