The Design And Realization Of The Line Resource Management System In Jiangsu Unicom

With the rapid development of communication technology,people's requirements for telecommunications services have been constantly improved.In the fierce market competition environment,the telecommunications market has become saturated,and the performance growth of telecommunications enterprises is weak.For telecom operators,it is imperative to improve service level and resource utilization rate by strengthening effective management of network resources.As the basic resource for the development of fixed network business of telecom enterprises,access network number line resources have large investment scale and high cost.The operating cost of enterprises and directly affect the competitiveness of enterprises can be reduced by the improvement of its precision management level.In the existing network resource management system of Jiangsu Unicom,the line resources related to access network are managed in various professional modules.The improvement of enterprise management level has been restricted by decentralized management and efficiency.The centralized resource management system is designed and implemented based on the existing resource management problems in this paper.The design goal of this system is to improve the management level to help the development of enterprises for the purpose,as well as the Jiangsu Unicom line resource management system design and implementation.Service enterprise development is the center of resource management system.The line resources in the access network are centrally managed and integrated by this system.The system meets the demand of the front desk for real-time control of fixed network business,thus effectively supporting the rapid development of the company's broadband and fixed-line business.Due to the implementation of the system,Jiangsu Unicom has fast and accurate access network resource management capabilities.Management is more efficient and intelligent.While improving the utilization rate of access network resources,it also reduces the cost of various access business operations,and provides accurate decision-making analysis function for the management through effective data analysis.The B/S structure is adopted to realize the centralized management of line resources by this system.The main functional modules of the system are integrated management,pipeline specialty,exchange specialty,access specialty,code number management and network cutover.In this paper,the whole system is designed and implemented from the aspects of demand analysis,system overall design,and detailed design,implementation and test of each management function module.On the basis of the introduction of the related technical principle and applied technical structure of the system,the application function,database and client interface design of the resource management system of the line are analyzed and realized in detail.The resource management system is large in scale.The design and implementation of the six major functional modules and their sub-modules of the system have been completed in this paper.In order to verify the performance of the system,the main functional modules of the system were tested in detail,and the system was tested comprehensively from multiple application angles.The test results showed that the main functional module functions of the system were correct,and the hardware performance of the system was stable,which could effectively improve the efficiency of the system and verify the correctness of the system.After trial operation,the reliability of the resource management system of the serial number line has been verified,and the construction goal of the resource management system of the serial number line of Jiangsu Unicom has been realized.
