Design And Implementation Of Sichuan Kuanwang Communication Company Network Resource Management System

Today,the Internet has developed so rapidly and tends to become increasingly complicated.Both the planning and management of network resources are getting smarter constantly.How to make rational use of existing resources so as to maximize its efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of contradiction at the same time has been a great challenge that telecom operators ’s network resource management system confronting with currently.In this paper, a system for efficient management of optical network resources has been designed and implemented based on the existing network resource management system combined with the current market demand.This system is designed to address the weakness of existing systems in the network resource management, in order to make a rational use and allocation of resources. The system will run through the entire lifecycle management of broadband network resources which including the automatic storage of network resources, the automatic audit comparison of the data of network resources,the maintenance and cutover of resources and applications provide accurate tree information about customer resources to the End-to-End diagnostic tests and achieve accurate demarcation,location and association analysis of support faults.The whole system was built based on the CS model,the client completed the input for attribute data of various equipments on the cyber source, then summarized on the back-end server for centralized processing and stored in the database after classification.The main functions of the client are collecting equipment resources information,inquiring about the attribute statistics of equipment resource and providing enquiries about aided design information and so on.The primary functions of the server are large database storage, aggregation of equipment resources,the resource classification, queries executed in the background,etc. This paper gives a detailed introduction to the cyber source management system which including the the principles of its realization, the specific technical proposal and implementations and tests of each function modules.This paper focuses on introducing the design of network management system including the database, the functions and the client interface. Realize cyber source management system at the design level.Perform function tests of various modulesincluding the overall system function module, audit data preprocessing module,resource integrity audit module, cyber source calibration module, resource cutover maintenance module, office data planning module, customer resource tree establishment module,etc.In the end, writing the system testing plan and using a variety of test methods to conduct a comprehensive test to the system from different angels. The test shows that it’s a fully functional system which has a guaranteed security, flexible setting,high reliability and compatibility,which suggest that this system can realize the comprehensive cyber source management.
