| In 2013,the haze swept the earth,causing lots of people with panic.Haze appeared on the media and people's horizons as a brand of new name,at the same time,Beijing began to index PM2.5 as the standard for determining haze weather.In the past 3 years,haze problem was not solved,but the situation was more and more severe.In Shanxi Province,the blue sky for the whole year weather is less than half in 2016,the air quality is causing the concern for everyone living in this terrible situation.People started to be familiar with Haze gradually,we are thinking about how to govern the haze,how to make our family far away from the smog.In the meantime,the media provide us with the reports of haze information in an important way.This paper is based on the agenda-setting theory which was revealed McCombs and Shaw,using the method of content to analysis to the Xi 'an Evening News and the China Business News,analyzing the aspect of haze in the qualitative and quantitative research,discussing the same and difference in the haze reported,finding the characteristics and deficiency of the Haze reported,then putting put forward a feasible suggestions according to the issues set of sustainable construction,So as to provide a better coverage for print media,especially for the metropolis daily in haze report.The two newspapers the Xi 'an Evening News and the China Business News are selected in this paper,for the 2016 haze reports in the two papers as the research content.The Xi 'an Evening News obtains 83 valid samples,and the China Business News obtains 109 valid samples.According to the analysis of research,the two papers have the same and different characteristics indeed.For example,on the number of monthly report,both pay much attention on haze report,and show Seasonal report.On the subject categories,the issues are varied,but tend to use official issue.On the page layout,the China Business News is more innovative,catching the readers' attention more easily,etc.This paper analyses the feature of the two newspapers based on the construction issues.That is,strengthening issues according to the number and time,making full use of the layout,diversifying the issues subject and guiding the subject in rational perspective.Then continue to discuss two issues,and find some problems,such as the imbalance of public discourse,the improper proportion of issues and lack of public notice in haze report.Finally,this paper puts forward innovative path of research in the future.I hope that the two newspapers can give play to the role of agenda-setting function in the report,strengthening the function of construction issues,attaching a great importance to the audience feedback,assuming the responsibility of the mass media to lead the public opinion actively,and enhancing the responsibility of the reporter's connotation.I think the study of haze report in the Xi 'an Evening News and the China Business News can lead the mass media,especially the Metropolitan newspapers an active interest in the haze issues,solve the problem in reporting the haze,and guide the public attention to the environmental pollution,then encourage them care about the environment and environmental protection,enhance the public awareness of protecting the environment,and put everyone of the society in the practice of protecting our environment.If we do so,the haze problem will be solved eventually,and achieving the sustainable development of the economic and environment. |
