The Design And Implementation Of Electronic Invoice Service Platform Based On Internet

The Internet platform economy is a new organizational mode of productivity and a new energy for economic development.It plays an important role in optimizing resource allocation,promoting cross-border development and “double innovation”,promoting industrial upgrading,and expanding consumer markets,especially employment.In recent years,China has continuously optimized the economic development environment of the Internet platform,strengthened the sharing of data between government departments and platforms,and actively promoted and built a unified public service platform for electronic invoices.The goal of this thesis is to design and build electronic invoice service platform based on the Internet,analysis the present situation of current electronic invoice service platforms and the need to modify and improve the new demand,combined with the industry standard and the actual production situation of the industry and characteristics of make out an invoice,national fiscal service specification,such as the Internet technology architecture to try the service platform for various industries to provide electronic invoice solution.Through the Internet electronic invoice service platform with the enterprise ERP system for information management,and provide enterprises or taxpayers with diversified,customized and transparent electronic invoice service platform with unified interface.So as to respond to the call of the state for better service to people's livelihood.The service platform designs the following functional modules:(1)data interface moduleThe platform uses the web service interface to receive the invoice request which from the enterprise business system,and calls the tax control management module to generate the invoice information.If the electronic invoice is issued,it calls the electronic invoice signature service platform generates the electronic invoice format file according to the invoice information,and finally returns the invoice issuing result to the enterprise business system.(2)tax control management moduleThe tax control management module is the core processing module of the system.It connects with the enterprise business system,receives the invoicing request submitted by the enterprise business system,and realizes the invoicing and red flushing functions by invoking the encryption algorithm of the tax control equipment.At the same time it also has the invoice application,the invoice data upload tax bureau,remote copy tax report and other functions,in addition to the corresponding query statistics,business monitoring,system management and other functions.(3)electronic invoice service moduleThis module provides electronic invoice proprietary functional services,such as:format file packaging,format file seal,format file storage,seal production,seal management,template management,invoice statistics,data analysis and electronic invoice synchronization services.The server side of this service platform is developed with Java language program,and the sub-systems of each province are distributed in Weblogic platform by cluster.The server operating system USES Cent OS,and the big data storage USES Oracle databases and is deployed as RAC.In order to ensure the long-term stable work of the platform,load balancing is adopted from the physical architecture and the high availability of the system is supported from the aspects of system image,power supply and network.
