This paper constructs a Mobile Electronic Vending Service Platform based on Internet of Things in order to bring great convenience to city people's daily life. So it started off from the characteristics of self-service and urban informative planning needs, constructed based on the word's most cutting-edge technology Internet of Things, developed from service terminals management platform and warehouse management, based on wireless communication technology, integrated commodity sales, LCD interactive advertising, data capture, transaction settlement and so many functions together. Meanwhile, this platform integrated modern mobile electronic phone payment technology, CUP card technology, the city card technology, that phone will be your bank manager and auto shopping tools, by using radio frequency identification technology,you only need to hold your phone to automatic vending terminals, the machine will automatically sense, automatically transactions, automatically regulation.The main work of this paper is to build a Mobile Electronic Vending Service Platform based on Internet of Things, realize the centralized management and real-time monitoring of automatic vending terminals by wireless network, solve the problems of statistics, transmission and control produced by transaction information, state information and fault information; realize the informatization of mobile payment shopping and warehouse management, improve services of vending terminals and integrated distribution.This paper first introduced Internet of Things and its related technologies, then explored the overall planning, network structure, function modules and implementation of Mobile Electronic Vending Service Platform based on Internet of Things. The modular design of payment by mobile phone of point-of-sale terminals, B/S architecture design, database design, communication design and Internet of Things design of warehouse management, network security considerations and so on are discussed in detail, focusing on the application of RFID technology in Internet of Things.
