Preliminary Study On The Logistics Service Of The Museum In Xi'an

Logistics service is an essential part in the development of museums.The number of museums in Xi'an area is very large,and there are three logistic management modes,including self-management logistics,commissioned logistics,self-management and commissioned logistics.Based on the current situation of logistics service in Xi'an area,this article investigates the status of three kinds of logistics services of museums,analyzes their advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions according to the actual situation.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the meaning and the status quo of the research about the logistics services of museums,and explains the studies contents and methods of this paper.The second part describes theoretical basis of the logistics services of museums.Meanwhile,this part defines three aspects of the concept of the museums,including museum,logistics,and the logistics services of museums,and summarizes these aspects of the theory,including fine management and the audience of museums?The third part combs the status of the logistics services of museums.And through analysis of questionnaires of 42 museums in Xi'an area,this part discusses the status quo of logistics service of museums under the three management modes which includes self-management logistics,commissioned logistics,self-management and commissioned logistics.The fourth part is the discussion of three kinds of logistics management methods of museums in Xi'an area.This part gives some advice for the common questions of the three kinds of logistics management methods,which include the different degrees of infrastructure improvement and the inconsistency between the names of logistics departments and their work content and so on.The three kinds of logistics managements with their own advantages and disadvantages should be treated separately.The advantages of self-management logistics include the strong ability of the staffs,the complete training,the full logistics management work,the complete rules,the more complete work content and so on.The disadvantages includes the lack of staff service facilities,the lack of personnel in activities and so on.Commissioned logistics model has the advantage in the staff streamlining,and having more choices in work contentand so on,but it can not manage the staffs outside,and it is short of training.The advantages of self-management and commissioned logistics include the complete training,the unified management of staffs and so on.The disadvantages include the defective rules of the system,lack of staff service facilities and personnel in the business activities.In view of the three kinds of logistics management,this part not only puts forward to maintain its advantages and make up for its lack,but only suggests that self-logistics should also strengthen the community residents to participate in the construction,and commissioned logistics should pay attention to the research of companies.Finally,this part,taking five aspects as the starting point which including clarifying the logistic goal,setting the rules of the procedure,training the staff skills,carrying out the examination and examination,expounds the application of the fine management ORTCC model in the logistics management of the museums.
