At present,China's logistics enterprises are showing small-scale,single function,and each one goes its own way,so lack of scale effect,can not provide a complete logistics chain.Fourth Party Logistics provide users with integrated logistics services by integrating a variety of logistics resources.With the development of information technology,logistics companies have developed their own information systems,and it become the focus of research that Fourth Party Logistics System integrate logistics resources by the integration of logistics systems with out abandon the existing logistics systems of logistics enterprises.Although the current fourth-party logistics system has realized information sharing among logistics enterprises,but the interoperability is not very satisfactory.This is mainly because the diversification of logistics resources and user needs,as well as the deficiency of EDI and distributed component technology which are now used.In order to better integrate the logistics enterprises' relevant business systems and logistics resources,improve the flexibility of logistics services,this paper presents a logistics resource integration model which based on the technology of Web services composition.We pack the logistics resources into relatively independent Web services,and provide users with integrated logistics services through the technology of Web service composition.The model mainly needs to solve two problems:One is to establish an appropriate logistics resources chain dynamically to meet the diversified needs of different users;the other is to select the appropriate logistics resources from all the logistics resources to achieve the overall optimum of the logistics resources chain.The model pack the logistics resources into standard logistics resource services and for each logistics resource service set the appropriate access conditions and the composition rules among logistics resource services.Through analyzing the logistics resources services involved,and through the composition rules among these services to automatically establish an integrated logistics chain to meet the diversified demands of users,when users make the logistics request.In order to achieve the overall optimal of logistics resources chain,the model use the technical character that BPEL binding Web services at the run-time,and consider the logistics resource's QoS,relationships among logistics companies,and relationships between logistics enterprises and logistics users,to dynamically select logistics resource services.Based on the research of model,through the design and implement,we make use of it to the Logistics Park's information platform,in order to Pre-study the followed-up work.Compared with the Fourth Party Logistics' existing method of logistics resource integration,this model integrate logistics resources with retain the existing logistics information systems,also increases the flexibility of logistics services,and provides a quick response means for logistics enterprises in the market's fierce competition.
