Heating fee is the main source of income of the Heating Group power plant and the heat supply company,but since the original business management confusion,lack of standards,standardized management tools,common customer information file deletion,record by way of the traditional stand-alone business system,management units do not understand the basic unit heating business management status,it needs a set of through the heating charge management system of the group,through the various units of information between the barriers to achieve error free and paid accounts.Heating charging management system is designed and developed to achieve these goals.Heating charge management system overall design using the MVC design pattern,front-end development using EXTJS framework,custom business flow component library background using JAVA SSH framework,the database uses Mysql cluster architecture.The system uses centralized deployment mode,saving the cost of late operation and maintenance,and relying on mature components to ensure the stability of the system operation.The development and implementation of the system mainly includes five parts,which are the basic information function,the toll setting function,the call center function,the charge management function and the bank interface function.The system has the call center customer service personnel,business auditor,business operators,financial operators,system administrators.The system supports the charge management function setting type,including extra area,cost transfer,charge cycle calculation logic,real-time query function of various input information support,and B2 B payment interface with the bank,to ensure the real-time business and coherence.Completely change the Huaneng Group heating charging business is not accurate,difficult to monitor the business.The on-line test of the system has met the requirements of the Heating Group for heating management,and has guaranteed the information management and efficient operation of the heating charging business.
