In recent years, books management information system in domestic, few books management information system from the perspective of all users, to provide users with fast boundary one-stop service. Now library management information system can only realize the single point of access to log in, can’t provide comprehensive book information service, realize the integration of library services platform. So, from the perspective of the user, in order to achieve fast and convenient comprehensive service fast service perspective, there is no on unified identity authentication scheme was proposed. So by using a combination of both quick to establish library service platform, will bring great convenience to the reader. This article works from the integrative management of the library information service platform construction, through the construction of the library card and single sign-on, quick implementation library service platform.This paper in combination with the actual work of books management, through the investigation and research of books management way, and abstract the books management model, gives the corresponding system analysis, using the MVC and ExtJS framework technique for system implementation, to complete a full set of book information integrated service platform. Subject in-depth study of the theory of implementation technology and information system design; By using the soft foundation engineering of the project development, adopting the combination of Hibernate and Struts framework, approach for business process description method of books management model is established.This paper includes system investigation, system design, system analysis and system implementation, to do a detailed description of the system. Mainly describes the system requirements analysis, system design, and part of the interface and implementation method, is presented for the books management department provides a set of books management system management system is feasible. Anyhow, book information integrated service platform based on MVC and ExtJS realize satisfy the books management information management integration demand, provides the books management the implementation of a set of safe and effective method, to strengthen the management of books information, so as to realize the management of book management strength and degree of standardization, but also satisfies the requirement of the stability and security of the library.
