Based On J2EE Architecture Design And Implementation Of Cooperative Office System

The Ministry of Education issued The Notice on Launching Pilot Work ofEducational Informatization in February,2012. It clearly states that vocationalcolleges should be arranged as important pilot project, which indicates thatinformation construction has become the priority in developing the high vocationalcollege. At present, Tianjin Maritime Vocational College is entering a new stage ofdevelopment. Its scale is expanded gradually. Its teaching condition is graduallyimproved and enrollment is increasing year by year. The importance of workingefficiency and standard management attaches great importance of college leaders.Traditional decision-making methods and information technology can not meet theneeds of modern society. Therefore, building a safe, reliable, and easy-to-usedocument integration office environment and achieving document processingautomation are significant tasks.This article discusses the concept and development of cooperative office systemand analyzes the development status and trends of it. On this basis, combined with theactual needs of Tianjin Maritime Vocational College office management, theestablishment of functional requirements, system framework and design principle incooperative office system are proposed and discussed. A model based on J2EEtechnology is designed and adapts Oracle real-time database. The main functionmodules, database design, application interface and functions in the system aredescribed. In this paper, the technology of system development, architecture design,module interfaces and functions etc. are introduced in detail. The function of thesystem is comparatively perfect, including documents, services, meetings, individuals,public services, and other modules. Its features contain easy-to-use, flexiblecustomization, multi-layered security design, stable and reliable, which make it easeto maintenance and expansion.
