With the advantages of accurate temperature measurement,high sensitivity and good stability,NTC temperature sensor widely used in temperature measurement and temperature compensation.Due to the widespread application of artificial intelligence and the immense development of new energy vehicle,NTC has a considerable market prospect.However,the backward production technology of NTC temperature sensor in China and the lack of high-level quality management make it difficult for NTC temperature sensor in China to meet the requirements of the automobile and other high-end markets.Due to the rising cost of domestic manufacturing,China is no longer a factory of the world with the advantage of low-cost.The survival and development of enterprises are facing severe challenges.Under these circumstances,Ningbo Kelian Electronics Co.,Ltd.introduces the project of NTC temperature sensor chip direct welding technology and strives to improve the level of product technology,to reduce manufacturing cost,so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper mainly consists of three parts.The first part introduces the project management theory and project risk theory which are summarized and organized to provide the theoretical basis for the research of this paper.According to the characteristics of the project,the second part chooses Delphi method to identify the project risks.On the basis of risk identification combined the actual project,project risk factors were analyzed.The third part constructs the risk evaluation system of introducing the project of NTC temperature sensor chip direct welding technology.Analytic Hierarchy Process combined with Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation was applied in multifactorial quantitative evaluation of project risk factors.Based on the quantitative evaluation of project risk,project risk response were studied.The systematic review of the thesis reveals a clear understanding of the risks encountered at each stage of the project.In addition,it provides a foundation for the smooth implementation of the project.As a multinational project,the introduced project of NTC temperature sensor chip direct welding technology has complex risk factors.Further more,the one who introduces the project lacks risk management experiences.Under these circumstances,the risk of implementing the project is relatively high.Nevertheless,the risk management research of this project can effectively reduce the operation risk.In addition,it provides a reference for the future development of new projects.
