Research On The Transformation Of Library Service Mode In Yangzhou City In The Age Of "Internet +"

In 2015 the government work report "Internet plus",it indicates that"the official arrival of Internet plus" era.The new era brings new information environment:information resources quantity of explosive increase,uneven quality,high quality resources buried in the vast sea of data;it has changed the way of reading,people no longer subject to the limitations of time and space,no longer depend on the library to access resources.In the new era,the traditional service mode provided by public libraries have changed.However,the current stage,the public library service mode is still in the exploration period,the public library must adapt to the changes,to find a suitable way of transformation,to be reborn in the wave of technological revolution.The research of this paper is of great reference value for the development and construction of the municipal library.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,case study and experience summary.Based on the theory of public goods and the theory of government transformation,this paper gives the definition of the mode of service,that is,the form of production and exchange of service products.The concept of"Internet plus".According to the traditional service content,draw the traditional service mode,gives it’s advantages and disadvantages.Into the "Internet plus"technology,we get the narrow sense of the public library service process model.According to the definition of the service mode,the connotation of the new service mode is obtained,which includes three aspects:service facilities,service resources and service effectiveness.Further analysis of the opportunities and challenges brought Internet plus "to the public library service mode.This paper takes the service of Yangzhou library as an object of study,introduces the attempt to change the traditional service mode to the new service mode,the achievements and some problems encountered in the process of transformation.From the aspects of government investment,management and personnel construction to find the reasons.This paper summarizes the experience of the library in the advanced countries by referring to the professional information of library information and the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and puts forward some innovative countermeasures in the light of the characteristics of Yangzhou library.From the infrastructure level,resourceenvironment level,information construction level,knowledge service level and application integration level,corresponding to the service mode of the three aspects to design a set of seven points for the municipal public library service transformation of innovative solutions.The first is that the service facilities,premises and equipment design emphasizes the characteristics of terminal diversification;the second is the service resources,emphasizing the form of digital information resources,resource navigation;the third is the service efficiency,emphasize customer interaction,brand popularity,the quality of reading user information.
