With the improvement of technology and people's living standard,the desire for intelligent control on the stage is gradually increasing.But the equipments and control methods on the stage are currently various and complex.Most of them are used through the wired way,and the equipmenttroubleshooting is manual,which is not accurate.How to integrate the communication protocols and realize intelligent control of stage equipment,becomes the focus of the development of stage technology.To solve these problems,this paper proposes a performance control network technology based on ZigBee.The system combines traditional stage lighting,mechanical network control technology and new low-power ZigBee wireless network technology.And the intelligent scheduling and real-time monitoring of stage equipments can be achieved through sensor and fault detection technology.Firstly,the principle of ZigBee technology has been researched with OPNET simulation,and the most suitable ZigBee network topology for stage control is designed.Secondly,after the deep analysie of the ZigBee routing algorithms,an improved ZigBee routing algorithm is raised based on the better address allocation and path selection.The simulation proves the excellent performance of the new ZigBee algorithm.Besides,this paper illustrates the overall framework of the system,designes all the modules,such as ZigBee module,DMX512 transmission module,RS-485 transmission module,illumination detection module,as well as the RGB LED lamp control module and fault detection module.According to the actual test,The system is capble of realizing the large-scale ZigBee networking,multi protocol conversion and real-time monitoring.Additionally,the system completes the control of each device and the operation status of equipments through human-computer interface,which is stable and high reliability.
