Research On Job Burnout Of Public Library Practitioners

In the Chinese library industry,the job burnout phenomenon of public library practitioners is a common problem.This paper explains the public library practitioners,job burnout and a series of industry theories.Use the questionnaire survey method to deal with work status of front-line practitioners and the degree of job burnout of the three public libraries in Harbin of Heilongjiang area.To explore the degree and causes of job burnout in the whole public library industry practitioners,and put forward librarians should adapt to the society and enhance the quality of librarians themselves.Leaders should implement humanistic management,establish a good incentive mechanism and gradually promote the assessment of industry access system.Promote universal reading and other levels of the proposed countermeasures.These are the core factors that solve the problem of job burnout in public library practitioners.
