The core of the development of public library business is people,and the opinions and suggestions put forward by its practitioners on the problems existing in the library are especially important for promoting the healthy development of the library.However,some public library practitioners will deliberately remain silent when faced with some deficiencies and potential problems in the library.This silent behavior affects the career planning of employees,the effective management of leadership,the organizational atmosphere of the team,and the library business.Development and other adverse effects.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and takes the practitioners of six prefecture-level public libraries in Liaoning and Heilongjiang Provinces as the research objects.The aim is to understand the degree of employee silence behavior and organizational management style in the context of public libraries,and based on the staff's Occupational nature,working environment,professional ability and resource preservation theory research and analyze from the perspectives of demographic variables,public service motivation,organizational support,team psychological security,leadership behavior,and work unit structure.Through the establishment of an employee's personal sustainable development mechanism,innovation The library management model and the systematic strategy of improving the social influence of the library reduce the silent behavior of employees.
