Design And Implementation Of The "Xuanwu Public Security" Convenience Information System Based On Mobile Government Affairs

Since entering the computer era,China's E-government improves continuously from the office automation to the later mobile government with the progress of the times.The development of mobile Internet and its related technology has injected new vitality into the development of e-government,which makes the rapid development of mobile government.Government WeChat public platform is a new mobile government platform combining micro-blog and app client advantages,which not only can push the government information instantly,but also be able to provide query service,transact business and other services."Xuanwu Police" convenience information mobile-government system is based on WeChat public platform.This article will take 2 function platforms of the system as example to describe the convenience service the system can bring.The 2 platforms are Certificate Transacting Platform and Public Security Management Platform.The information system is a B/S architecture Web system based on ASP.NET framework,using HTML,CSS,JavaScript technology and BootStrap framework to complete the design and implementation of interactive front page,using C#programming language to complete the business logic funtion on the server side,using Oracle database to store data,using JS function interfaces of WeChat public platform,such as picture uploading,template message pushing,red pocket,enriches system functions and improves the user experience.At the same time,the locksmith recommendation algorithm is used to provide wise locksmith recommendation,and the encryption algorithm is used to improve the security of the system information transmission,such as RSA and MD5 algorithm,the paging query algorithm is used to improve the query performance of the system.The system is developed according to the actual demands,including two parts of WeChat and PC,completing user application,police audit,management and other functions,to provide a series of convenient services for the public and improve the work efficiency of the police at the same time.This paper follows the software engineering related methods and thoughts,and discusses the various stages in the whole software development life cycle which includes the requirements analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing with reference of business process management.
