An Empirical Research On The Spread Of Government Wechat In Tibetan Areas Of China

In recent years,with the continuous development of the Internet,thepopularity of mobile smartphones,the use of social media is growing rapidly.We Chat has gradually become a new way for the government to promote theinnovation of government services and to interact with the public.The Tibetanarea is one of the most populous minority areas in China and the specialgeographical location of the Tibetan area,which results in less contact between theTibetan people and the inland area.The emergence of government We Chat canhelp the Tibetan people to receive the information from the central governmentand the local government anytime and anywhere,strengthen the distance betweenthem,and maintain the stable development of the Tibetan area.summarizing and analyzing the related literature and finds that scholars havemore research on it in inland areas,but less in minority areas.At the same time,due to the imbalance of local economic development,there are still problems in thedevelopment of We Chat of local government affairs in the minority autonomousregion.Based on the empirical study of domestic government We Chatcommunication power and the local situation of four provinces,this paper usesqualitative and quantitative methods to conduct in-depth research that.Amongthem,the qualitative research includes the overall analysis of the current situationof the Tibetan government We Chat,and the quantitative research is based on themass communication model to establish the communication force index system,which is consistent with the actual situation of the Tibetan area,and to measurethe communication force index of that.Secondly,python crawls all that data fromthe opening of seven government We Chat in Tibet to December 2019.Then,according to the data and index system as well as the field survey,the empiricalanalysis of these seven government We Chat systems is carried out to find out thefactors to improve the communication ability of government We Chat in Tibet,andanalyze the current situation and shortcomings of the communication ability ofgovernment WeChat in Tibetan Autonomous Region And so on.Finally,according to these specific problems,the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions are put forward: to ensure the authority of the Tibetan government WeChat,to standardize the government WeChat,to increasethe attention that to inject capital and technology investment,to create the localgovernment We Chat that meets the needs of the local people,to strengthen theonline service function,Making We Chat become a bridge for local government andpeople,central government and autonomous region to communicate effectively.
