The Research And Implementation Of Compressor Fault Diagnosis Expert System

The fault Diagnosis System can integrate many experts'best experiences to finish man-machine combine diagnosis, which have powerfully life and extensively applications. Compressor is a kind of increase or decrease compress equipment, has a big application in production. Fault diagnosis and prediction for compressor can improve the product efficiency, increase the output, decrease the product cost. This paper design oil field compressor fault diagnosis system based on compressor working principle and common fault, use C++ Builder as the tool to finish the system, the system can work in order, solve the problem. It is a good assistant for the production.This paper first introduces the base knowledge about the expert system, describe the structure of the expert system, the work principle of the expert system and the development presently. Analyze the structure and the work principle of the compressor, use data sheet to describe the fault of the compressor, sort the fault, and apply the data to system diagnosis. Base the knowledge, promote a plan of fault diagnosis system of compressor. Knowledge-base is composed by rule tree. Create the rule table and structure table of tree to finish the store of the Knowledge-base. Create the reasons mechanism, from the leaf node to the root node, move over the rule tree, get diagnosis result. The explain program is composed of two part; one is explanation of process, the other is explanation of rule. The process explaining program is wrote to the system, when the system reasoning, which can be displayed. Rule explaining program is created during the rule editing, stored to the data base with the rule and can be taken to display from the data base.The system is carried out by C++ Builder 6.0 of Borland Corporation and SQL Server 2000 of Microsoft Corporation. The Knowledge-base, reasoning machine, explain program is created by C++ Builder 6.0, the store of the Knowledge-base and the test data use SQL Server 2000. The system applies to the compressor fault diagnosis of Oil Field, run rightly and finish its mission.
