Design, Fault Diagnosis Expert System Based On Network Database

The fault diagnostic ES (expert system) based on network database has comprehensively utilized technology of database and thought of ES to deduce the results. Taking advantage of database and ES, it's easy to complete self-study by man-machine conversation, and make the inferential strategy of ES to be more simple and effective.The task of my thesis originated from "the terminal-dispersive supervise and control system", a large scientific research project cooperated with Lianyuan Steel Corporation. This product was specially designed for one hundred of large rotating machines of Lianyuan Steel Corporation. Virtually, it was a new generation of fault diagnostic ES product based on network database. It has been checked and accepted by experts, and has run in order for five months.This thesis discusses the system structure, knowledge expression and inferential strategy of multi-fault diagnostic ES of rotating machine. In additional, it puts forward a new inferential strategy based on data mining, which can solve the problems of inference availably and quickly.
