With the development of industrial technology,automatic assembly testing requirements are put forward to realize airtight container properties of products such as fuel gas valve.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of automatic assembly and detection,based on the two key techniques involved in the assembly and testing line of gas valve,we will study from.the following several aspects to implement the airtight detection and the handwheel fastening.It also makes sense to the airtight detection of the other products which has airtight properties,and the application to threaded connection:(1)The research on control method to stabilize the air pressure of airtight vessel quickly.In order to provide the medium stable air supply for the testing,we have proposed a blue print of pressure control system and have builded the system model on mechanism of gas flow.For the requirement to stablize the air pressure quickly.an improved PID control method has been proposed in this paper,it has been proved that the modified PID control method has good control performance by means of simulation and experiments.(2)The study on the reliability of sealing detection.According to the simulation experiment based on the principle of pressure,we find out that oscillation phenomena happened at the end of air inflation.So we have proposed a solution to find out the initial value of stability pressure.Secondly,we have put forward a reliable way to see the results of the sealing detection.(3)The application of fuzzy PID in tightening the threaded.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of tight,fuzzy PID control algorithm has been put forward to realize the torque control quickly.Secondly,we use segmentation speed strategy to ensure the angle control in the stage of elastic tight.At last,we establish the mathematical model of servo motor,reducer and tighten device.The feasibility of algorithm is validated by simulation.(4)The realization of programming method to ensure that the disc equipment could run reliably.We have proposed suitable programming skills for typical rotating disc equipment and the ideas of fault tolerant in software to improve the stable performance of the system.
