New media products to rural households, and become the people is a part of family life, exerts a subtle influence on the minority people in rural areas. The new media environment is generated, new media role and influence the life of the people in the new media environment.Ningcheng county of eastern Inner Mongolia Mongolian areas, the author try to from the most representative work in ningcheng hillock ying zi village, to cut into the research of new media usage. The author is in line with the purpose of protection of ethnic culture, the investigation of new media usage, and the new media role and influence of ethnic minority residents as the research target, trying to clarify media, ethnic, social, cultural, the complex relationship between this. Under the new media era, we should pay close attention to national culture will make all the information as the flood fade in our memories.
