With the development of the industrial control technology and the network commincation teachnology,more and more fields have been replaced by improved automatic control system,Programmable Logic Controller plays an increasingly important role in industrial control.Is proposed in this paper using MCGS configuration software and PLC,to implement a remote monitoring system of temperature control.The biggest advantage of PLC is that it can be very easy to rewrite the program to meet the different processes,especially in the anti interference advantages.Configuration software can provide intuitive man-machine interface can be real-time observation of the current equipment running status and monitoring object.This paper focuses on the application of MCGS configuration software and PLC controller in temperature control design,the use of PLC programming instructions and the preparation of PC configuration software interface.In the control interface of the configuration software MCGS,the temperature value of the channel is displayed in real time,and the lower limit of the channel temperature can be changed by controlling the interface of the program.The temperature control system is put into practical application,which can make the equipment maintenance personnel extricate from the tedious work of the switch condenser shutter.Directly in the upper computer to complete the remote control of the condenser and the temperature of the ventilation duct can be monitored in real time.It not only ensures the safe and stable operation of the equipment,but also reduces the working pressure of the maintenance personnel.And to speed up the automation of radio equipment,"it is left behind,no one on duty" mode of operation provides a strong technical guaranteeThis system has certain innovative in terms of design and technology,at present this system has been launched and stable running,and got the workers's consistent high praise.Finally,the function of the system is tested from the performance of the equipment and the function of the equipment.Through the system test,we find the deficiency of the system,and give the improvement.
