Mobile Ad hoc Network(Mobile Ad hoc Network, MANET) is a kind of multi-hop and self-organized wireless communication Network composed of mobile nodes. It has been mainly used for emergency rescue, military communications and other fields, so greater demands are being placed on the Qo S guarantees including time delay, bandwidth, and stability and so on. In fact, how to find a relatively stable routing with effective resources plays an important role in realizing reliable data transmission. So in this paper, it made an intensive study on the QoS guarantees and routing reliability, and proposed the improved Q-AODV and MQ-AODV routing protocol based on the AODV routing protocol.Firstly, the AODV routing protocol called Q-AODV based on the QoS constraints was proposed. It will fully consider the bottleneck nodes of bandwidth and energy, and then construct the comprehensive cost function according to the parameters including bandwidth, energy and hop of paths, and finally choose the path of the maximum value of the comprehensive cost function to transmit data when it searches for available routing.Secondly, the MQ-AODV routing protocol was proposed on the basis of the Q-AODV routing protocol. It will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of single-path routing and multi-path routing, and look for multiple paths of unrelated nodes with comprehensive cost function, then the source nodes will transmit data at the same time after the data traffic is assigned according to the value of the comprehensive cost function. And only if all the paths break, can the reconstruction process of paths start. When a path breaks, the source nodes will redistribute data traffic of other paths and transmit data continually. Finally, the performance of the Q-AODV protocol, MQ-AODV protocol and AODV routing protocol was evaluated on packet delivery fraction, average end-to-end delay of data packets and network survival time by the NS2 simulation experiments.Through the analysis and comparison of the above simulation results, it proved that the Q-AODV protocol, MQ-AODV protocol can effectively improve the packet delivery fraction, reduce the average end-to-end delay and increase network survival time, thus improve the overall performance of the network when nodes move faster.
