With the rapid development of Internet technology,the volume of traffic in various parts of the network has increased significantly,and the number of data traffic has grown rapidly,making it impossible for a single device to bear such processing pressure.Under this circumstance,if we simply do a hardware upgrade,it will cause a lot of waste of resources and high costs,and this problem cannot fundamentally be solved.Because the expansion of the data traffic can be considered endless,so if we only do hardware expansion,then there will always be the next "demands exceeds supply," so it is necessary to start with a strategy of decentralizing traffic.Therefore,what kind of strategy should be adopted to balance the load in the network and thus improve the utilization of system resources has becoming a hot issue for researchers.This results in the birth of the Load Balance mechanism,which is a service scheduling mechanism built on the existing network structure.It provides people with a low-cost and highly efficient method for expanding the available bandwidth resources of data links and enhancing Network equipment data processing capabilities,increases throughput and improves network flexibility and availability.The significance of regional load balancing is a large number of concurrent accesses are distributed to multiple network devices for processing at the same time,reducing network congestion,reducing the user's request response time,and improving the quality of service(QoS);secondly,the single heavy load request would be distributed to multiple node devices for parallel processing,which can increase the utilization of network resources and overcome the transmission bottleneck of a single device.The regional load balancing strategy proposed in this paper is based on the central control of the server.It allocates requests from one congested user to other nodes with ample bandwidth resources in the same area,which can greatly alleviate the problem of network congestion and increase the utilization of network resources,while the traditional load balancing technology only balances on a certain device or focus only on the backbone network.The effect that can be achieved in this way is limited.So the solution proposed in this paper has a high social value.
